Przedmiotem zamówienia jest realizacja zadania pn. „Efektywna infrastruktura zbiorowego zaopatrzenia w wodę na terenie Gminy Lipno”, podzielonego na trzy części. Część I obejmuje dostawę i wymianę 2 547 wodomierzy wraz z modułami telemetrycznymi oraz wdrożeniem systemu zdalnego odczytu. Część II obejmuje wdrożenie systemu GIS, przeprowadzenie kampanii pomiarowej oraz wykonanie i kalibrację modelu hydraulicznego sieci wodociągowej. Część III obejmuje prace na czynnej sieci wodociągowej związane z wymianą hydrantów i zasuw wraz z robotami towarzyszącymi.
