1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego w łącznej kwocie 11 500 000,00 zł (słownie: jedenaście milionów pięćset tysięcy złotych 00/100) z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Margonin w związku z planowaną realizacją inwestycji. 2. Kredyt zostanie uruchomiony w transzach, przelewem na rachunek bankowy Zamawiającego, zgodnie z poniższym podziałem: 1) w roku 2026: do kwoty 8 000 000,00 zł – uruchomienie na podstawie wniosków Zamawiającego do dnia 30.11.2026 r. 2) w roku 2027: do kwoty 3 500 000,00 zł – uruchomienie na podstawie wniosków Zamawiającego do dnia 30.09.2027 r. 3. Uruchomienie kredytu nastąpi w wysokości i terminie uzgodnionym z Wykonawcą zamówienia, po przedłożeniu wniosku przez Zamawiającego na 3 dni przed uruchomieniem kredytu. Wniosek musi zostać złożony w trybie pisemnym, na druku Zamawiającego lub na druku udostępnionym przez bank i być podpisany przez osoby uprawnione do reprezentowania Zamawiającego; 4. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do zaciągnięcia kredytu w kwocie niższej niż maksymalna kwota określona w umowie (nieuruchomienia pełnej kwoty kredytu). Z tego tytułu Wykonawcy nie będą przysługiwać żadne roszczenia finansowe wobec Zamawiającego (brak prowizji za gotowość i od zaangażowania).
