… Collection Point for residents of the City and Commune of Grabów nad Prosna and the management of municipal waste collected in it. 2.The subject of the order consists of three indivisible Parts. 3.The detailed scope of the above-mentioned services as well as the manner of their implementation are also specified in the annexes to the FTZ covering: For Part 1: 1) ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lots 1, 2 and 3’ – Annex 1, 2) Draft contract for Lot 1 – Annex 2 For Lot 2: 1) ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lots 1, 2 and 3’ – Annex 1, 2) Draft contract for Lot 2 – Annex 3 For Lot 3: 3) ‘Detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for Lots 1, 2 and 3’ – Annex 1, 4) The draft contract for Lot 2 – Annex 4 4.The estimated quantities of waste to be collected and transported (in respect of Lot 1), collected, transported and disposed of (in respect of Lot 2) and received and disposed of (in respect of Lot 3) are indicated in the tables set out in point 1 ‘Tender form for Lots 1, 2 and 3’. The quantities of waste indicated in the Offer Form are estimates of the total weight as well as the weight of individual types of waste. The Contractor shall settle with the Ordering Party according to the actual mass of municipal waste collected and delivered to the municipal installation (in the scope of Part 1) collected and managed (in the scope of Part 2) and received from residents in PSZOK (in the scope of Part 3). 5. The collection and transport of waste will be carried out in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Act of 27 April 2001. Environmental protection law, the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness in municipalities and the regulations implementing these acts.
