Wij zijn op zoek naar een leverancier die een toekomstbestendig Virtueel Oefen en Examen Systeem (VOES) kan leveren, implementeren en beheren. Het systeem moet geschikt zijn voor het opleiden, trainen, oefenen, examineren en evalueren van brandweerpersoneel en medewerkers met een rol in leiding, coördinatie en crisisbeheersing. Daarbij moet het VOES aansluiten op de exameneisen en accreditatie-eisen zoals die door het NIPV worden gesteld. De opdracht bestaat uit 4 complete sets. De volgende onderdelen vallen binnen de scope: • Virtueel oefen en examensysteem (VOES) • Volledige implementatie • Objectenbibliotheek voor bestaande 3D objecten • Verwerken van nieuwe 3D objecten binnen VOES • Hardware (mobile device, joystick en optioneel VR-brillen) • Functioneel en technisch Beheer. • Opleidingen na implementatie voor scenario bouwers en regisseurs.
