What the buyer is looking for
We are looking for a supplier that can deliver, implement and manage a future-proof Virtual Practice and Examination System (VOES). The system shall be suitable for the training, training, practice, examination and evaluation of firefighters and staff with a role in leadership, coordination and crisis management. In doing so, the VOES must be in line with the exam requirements and accreditation requirements as set by the NIPV. The assignment consists of 4 complete sets. The following parts fall within the scope: • Virtual practice and examination system (VOES) • Full implementation • Object library for existing 3D objects • Processing new 3D objects within VOES • Hardware (mobile device, joystick and optional VR glasses) • Functional and technical Management. • Post-implementation training for screenplay builders and directors.
