Doelstelling van de onderhavige opdracht is het afsluiten van een verzekering ter dekking van eventuele schade veroorzaakt aan of door het gehele wagenpark van de gemeente Etten-Leur. De gemeente Etten-Leur heeft derhalve het voornemen een overeenkomst aan te gaan voor de verzekering van haar wagenpark. Onderstaand worden de eisen aan deze verzekering weergegeven. Iedere inschrijvende partij dient te voldoen aan de hieronder genoemde eisen, anders is er sprake van een zogenaamd knock-out en valt de desbetreffende partij af. Als bijlage 1 is de "Objectenlijst bedrijfswagenpark met prijsopgave gemeente Etten-Leur" bij de aanbestedingsdocumenten gevoegd.
