Het doel is om op transparante wijze te komen tot een Raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer en het optimaliseren van de dienstverlening op het gebied van Lease wagenpark conform de eisen en wensen van gemeente Dijk en Waard. De reden dat er gekozen is voor het aanbesteden van een raamovereenkomst is gelegen in het feit dat het hier routinematige (herhalings)inkopen betreft waarbij de afname van het aantal en de keuze van het soort in te zetten lease-auto's nog onzeker is. Gemeente Dijk en Waard is op zoek naar: • Een proactieve contractpartner die een duurzaam wagenpark kan leveren en onderhouden (zonder beperkingen qua type, merk, en aandrijving) op basis van operational lease, met gesloten calculatie. • Een contractpartner die de marktontwikkelingen op de voet volgt en vanuit visie een meedenkende en adviserende rol inneemt, die aansluit bij de behoefte van gemeente Dijk en Waard. De gemeente verwacht gedurende de totale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst € 1.695.000 uit te geven. Dit is een raming, u kunt hier geen rechten aan ontlenen.
