L'accord cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 130 000 euros H.T . La durée de l'accord cadre est de douze mois à compter de sa notification et est reconductible trois fois une année. La première année comportera une phase préparatoire de 2 mois (paramétrage et test) et une phase de prestations récurrentes. En cas de décision de reconduction du marché, seules les prestations récurrentes seront concernées et, éventuellement, sera commandée la prestation forfaitaire relative aux assurances. L'accord-cadre comporte des prix forfaitaires (mise en place du marché) et des prix unitaires. Les prix sont fermes la première année. Ils sont ensuite révisables à la date d'anniversaire du marché, en cas de reconduction La notification est prévue pour janvier 2027. Le 1er quittancement aura lieu en avril 2027
