The Heilighart Hospital in Lier wishes to replace its bedpan washers. The subject of this contract is the supply, installation, placing in service and maintenance of bedpan crushers. A pulverizer is a device for human, physical excretions that are discharged through the sewage drain after collection in pulp materials. The pulp material can be placed in the machine together with the contents and the contents are pulverized into small particles. The appliance is a hygienic alternative to a bedpan rinser. … of 6 years. This number may change during the term of the agreement. In addition, the contract includes preventive maintenance during the term of the contract, in order to ensure safe, reliable and continuous operation of the equipment. In addition to the bedpan crushers and their maintenance, the contract also includes the supply of pulp consumables. These consumables are purchased from the supplier of the appliances for at least 2 years. If no new contract for the consumables has been awarded by the end of this period, this purchase may be temporarily extended to ensure continuity of operation. Where the supply of the consumables is awarded to another contractor under a separate contract, the purchase of the consumables within that contract shall automatically cease from the start date of that new contract, without any compensation being due.
