1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa zbiorowego żywienia w m. Biała Podlaska polegającej na przygotowaniu, dowozie oraz dystrybucji posiłków w ramach żywienia systemem zleconym (catering) dla żołnierzy, stacjonujących na terenie obiektów wojskowych w m. Biała Podlaska. 2. Wymogi, ilości oraz szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia wyszczególniono w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ (opis przedmiotu zamówienia) oraz w załączniku nr 6 do SWZ (projektowane postanowienia umowy), które zostaną zamieszczone na stronie internetowej prowadzonego postępowania. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje prawo opcji w przedmiotowym postępowaniu. 4. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia Wykonawcy zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych polegających na powtórzeniu podobnych usług w okresie 3 lat od dnia udzielenia zamówienia podstawowego, w przypadku zwiększonego zakresu zapotrzebowania na przedmiot umowy w celu zapewnienia ciągłości zaopatrywania osób żywionych, w wysokości do 50 % wartości zamówienia podstawowego. 5.
