Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowej usługi sprzątania i utrzymania czystości pomieszczeń, eksponatów i ekspozycji w budynkach kompleksu „EC1 Łódź - Miasto Kultury” w Łodzi, w skład którego wchodzą: 1) Centrum Nauki i Techniki (budynek EC1 Zachód); 2) Centrum Komiksu i Narracji Interaktywnej (budynek EC1 Południowy-Wschód); 3) Narodowe Centrum Kultury Filmowej (budynek EC1 Wschód). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu oraz wymagań w zakresie realizacji zamówienia określają: 1) opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) – załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, 2) projektowane postanowienia umowy (PPU) – załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Wszystkie wymagania, określone w dokumentach wskazanych powyżej, stanowią wymagania minimalne, a ich spełnienie jest obligatoryjne. Niespełnienie ww. wymagań minimalnych będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty jako niezgodnej z warunkami zamówienia na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp.
