Szczegółowy opis dostawy będącej przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania zawiera „Arkusz asortymentowo-cenowy” stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Opis ten należy odczytywać wraz ze zmianami treści SWZ, będącymi np. wynikiem udzielonych odpowiedzi na zapytania wykonawców. 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ. 4.
