Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania jest wybór Pośrednika Finansowego, którego zadaniem będzie wdrożenie instrumentu finansowego "Pożyczka Edukacyjna dla MŚP/JST" („Pożyczka), w ramach którego Pośrednik Finansowy będzie udzielał Ostatecznym Beneficjentom Jednostkowych Pożyczek finansowanych ze środków Funduszu Powierniczego Województwa Mazowieckiego przekazanych przez Menedżera (Zamawiającego) w formie Wkładu Menedżera oraz obowiązkowego wkładu własnego Pośrednika Finansowego, z przeznaczeniem na zwiększenie dostępności miejsc opieki nad dziećmi, oddziałów szkolnych lub podniesienie standardu istniejących placówek na terenie województwa mazowieckiego (inwestycje w infrastrukturę – remont, modernizacja, rozbudowa, zakup wyposażenia) z wyłączeniem finansowania zakupu nieruchomości, jak również sfinansowanie wymaganego wkładu własnego do projektu, na realizację którego Ostateczny Beneficjent uzyskał dofinansowanie w formie dotacji z funduszy, środków lub instrumentów finansowych bezpośrednio lub pośrednio z budżetu Unii Europejskiej, na warunkach określonych w Metryce Produktu Finansowego stanowiącej załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
