Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania jest zakup sprzętu komputerowego wraz z oprogramowaniem dla Urzędu Miasta Jastrzębie-Zdrój: 1.1 Komputer stacjonarny – 80 szt. 1.2 Monitor komputerowy – 100 szt. 1.3 Pakiet oprogramowania biurowego MS Office 2024 Home&Business ESD – 80 szt. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Zgodnie z art. 101 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (t.j. Dz.U. z 2026 r. poz. 793 z późn. zm.) Zamawiający opisując przedmiot zamówienia przez odniesienie do norm, ocen technicznych, specyfikacji technicznych i systemów referencji technicznych, o których mowa w art. 101 ust. 1 pkt 2 oraz ust. 3 PZP, dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym w dokumentacji zamówienia.
