1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup i dostawa fabrycznie nowego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Łopusznej. Odbiór przedmiotu zamówienia odbędzie się w siedzibie Wykonawcy. Zamawiający przy przekazaniu wymaga przeprowadzenia szkolenia z podstawowej obsługi przedmiotowego samochodu. Samochód przekazywany przez Wykonawcę Zamawiającemu będzie posiadał pełny zbiornik paliwa oraz uzupełnione inne płyny eksploatacyjne. Wykonawca w ofercie określi: markę pojazdu, pojemność silnika, nr nadwozia, rok produkcji. 2. Zakres i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa (Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ) – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) oraz Projekt umowy stanowiący (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
