Przedmiotem zamówienia jest Zakup wyposażenia pracowni praktycznej nauki zawodu. Dokładny opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik Nr 3 do SWZ stanowiący integralną część SWZ. Jeżeli w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ, wskazano znaki towarowe, patenty, pochodzenie, źródło lub szczególny proces, który charakteryzuje produkty lub usługi dostarczane przez konkretnego Wykonawcę, Zamawiający dopuszcza rozwiązania równoważne. Wykonawca, który powołuje się na rozwiązania równoważne, jest zobowiązany wykazać, że oferowane dostawy spełniają wymagania określone przez Zamawiającego. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte zostały również w projekcie umowy (Załącznik Nr 4 do SWZ) stanowiącym integralną część SWZ.
