W ramach realizacji umowy Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie realizować pełny zakres czynności określonych w przepisach Ustawy z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r. Prawo Budowlane oraz przepisach wykonawczych dla inspektora nadzoru budowlanego, zgodnie z obowiązującymi standardami, zasadami sztuki budowlanej oraz zgodnie z etyką zawodową, co szczegółowo zostało opisane w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 2. opracowanie koreferatu (weryfikacji, sprawdzania poprawności i kompletności dokumentacji projektowej przed dalszym etapem realizacji projektu) dla opracowanej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej przebudowy przepustów rurowych, mostków oraz przejazdów brodem na przepusty z dnem naturalnym w Nadleśnictwie Jeleśnia.
