Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierający zestawienie ilościowe odczynników będzie obejmował formularz specyfikacji asortymentowo - cenowej, która będzie stanowiła jednocześnie formularz kalkulacji ceny oferty oraz ogólnodostępny katalog (dalej Katalog) zamieszczony na stronie internetowej producenta Sigma Aldrich lub równoważny zawierający zestawienie odczynników nieuwzględnionych w specyfikacji asortymentowo – cenowej, a objętych przedmiotem zamówienia.
