Przedmiot zamówienia nie obejmuje usług dystrybucji energii – zamawiający dysponuje obowiązującymi umowami dystrybucyjnymi zawartymi na czas nieokreślony z Enea Operator Sp. z o. o. (OSD), 2 Zamawiający wymaga, aby 50% dostarczonej przez Wykonawcę pochodziło z odnawialnych źródeł energii. 3 Zamawiający wymaga, aby warunek ten został spełniony dla każdego okresu rozliczeniowego, w którym Wykonawca dostarcza energię. 4 Wykonawca dostarczy Zamawiającemu dokument potwierdzający gwarancje pochodzenia dostarczonej energii zgodnie z Ustawą z dnia 20 lutego 2015r. o odnawialnych źródłach energii w ilości 50% zakupionego całego wolumenu.
