In the implementation we want to be able to rely on experienced project leader(s) and consultants of the Contractor. A clear plan of action with clear responsibilities, tasks and planning is therefore an important part of a successful implementation. The scope of the contract has been estimated (and also the ceiling) at €2,100,000,- excluding VAT. The estimate of the contract has been taken into account for the possible purchase of future modules. The Agreement expires when the estimated value is reached.
