L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants indiquent les maximum par période d'exécution et la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le marché public a pour objet la fourniture, l'installation et la maintenance de reprographie et d'impression pour les besoins de la Ville de Sotteville-lès-Rouen. En plus de ces moyens matériels, la présente procédure doit aussi permettre l'acquisition ou la mise à jour des outils logiciels permettant l'optimisation du système d'impression global. La fourniture, l'installation, la mise en service, la formation utilisateur font partie du périmètre, de même que la maintenance des matériels associés au marché. La description des services et leurs spécifications sont précisées dans le CCTP . Il s'agit d'un accord cadre de services. La prestation comprend également l'acquisition, la mise en oeuvre, la mise à jour et/ou l'extension de la solution de gestion des impressions actuellement utilisée par la Ville de Sotteville-lès-Rouen (WatchDoc ou équivalent), conformément aux exigences du CCTP, son équivalent est donc possible, mais doit être proposé clef en main si il y a substitution
