Le présent marché est un marché traité à prix global et forfaitaire et il est également traité sous la forme d'un accord-cadre au sens de l'article R2162-3 du code qui s'exécute par l'émission de bons de commandes en application de l'article R2191-16 de ce même Code. Pour la partie à commande, ce marché est traité sans minimum et avec un maximum fixé à 200 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée globale du marché Prix révisables Le paiement des prestations se fera dans le respect du délai global de paiement applicable à l'acheteur. Le délai de paiement court à compter de la date de réception de la demande de paiement conforme par les services du Maitre d'ouvrage. Le taux des intérêts moratoires est égal au taux d'intérêt de la principale facilité de refinancement appliquée par la Banque centrale européenne à son opération de refinancement principal la plus récente effectuée avant le premier jour de calendrier du semestre de l'année civile au cours duquel les intérêts moratoires ont commencé à courir, majoré de huit points. Il sera de plus appliqué une pénalité forfaitaire de 40 euros
