Les travaux décrits au présent dossier sont relatifs à la construction du nouveau palais des sports et de ses aménagements paysagers extérieurs à Cholet. Le projet est composé de : - une salle sportive principale formant une arène de plus de 6 000 places assises - une salle sportive annexe - des espaces grand public - des espaces VIP - une zone club résident et joueurs visiteurs - une zone média - des locaux techniques La durée prévisionnelle du chantier est de 28 mois (y compris préparation de chantier, jours fériés, congés payés et 10 jours d’intempéries). Cette durée prévisionnelle sera ajustée en fonction du planning d’exécution réalisé par l’OPC. A titre indicatif, les travaux interviendraient à partir du mois de mars 2027. Pour le lot n°1 uniquement, le marché fait l’objet d’une condition d’exécution relative à l’insertion professionnelle des publics en difficulté. Les modalités d’application sont précisées à l’article 7-3 du CCAP.
