Le marché d'assurance a pour objet de délivrer au Département en tant qu'assuré, selon les règles définies par le code des assurances et par le cahier des clauses particulières, les garanties en « Assurance Dommages aux biens ». Les garanties portent sur l'ensemble et la généralité des bâtiments, constructions, avec toutes leurs annexes, aisances, attenances ou dépendances appartenant à l'assuré ou dont il serait locataire ou occupant à quelque titre que ce soit, ainsi que tous les aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs, embellissements, décorations et tous travaux réputés immeubles par nature, destination et incorporation, y compris les clôtures, les murs d'enceinte et de soutènement et les canalisations enterrées, le tout édifié ou en cours de construction sur des terrains qui sont ou peuvent être la propriété de l'assuré ou celle d'autrui. Les garanties s'appliquent aux dommages et responsabilités résultant de l'un des événements suivants : - Incendie, explosions, chute de la foudre ; - Dommages électriques ; - Risques spéciaux : tempêtes, grêle, poids de la neige, de la glace, de l'eau sur les toitures, fumées, chute d'appareils de navigation aérienne et d'engins spatiaux, choc d'un véhicule terrestre, dégâts des eaux et gel, actes de vandalisme et attentats ; - Garantie vol ; - Garantie bris de glace ; - Garantie catastrophes naturelles ; - Garantie mobiliers urbains ; - Garantie autres dommages
