Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de prestations de formation à la conduite en sécurité d’engins de chantier, de levage et de manutention, conduisant à la délivrance ou au renouvellement des certificats d'aptitude à la conduite en sécurité (CACES), au profit des agents de l’Etablissement public territorial du Grand Paris Seine Ouest. Il est conclu sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire, exécuté conformément aux articles R.2162-1 à R.2162-6 et R.2162-13 à R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il est conclu à prix unitaires et exécuté au moyen de bons de commande émis au fur et à mesure de la survenance des besoins. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum ; avec un montant maximum annuel de 72 000 Euros HT Le marché est conclu pour une période initiale d'un (1) an à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible tacitement trois (3) fois pour une durée d'un an à chaque reconduction, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder quatre (4) ans.
