Mit dem ESF-Bundesprogramm „Bildung, Wirtschaft, Arbeit im Quartier – BIWAQ“ gewährt das Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen (BMWSB) Zuwendungen für Projekte, die arbeitsmarktpolitische Aktivitäten und Ansätze zur Stärkung der lokalen Ökonomie mit der gebietsbezogenen integrierten Stadtentwicklung verknüpfen. Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung einer Regiestelle für die fachliche und wissenschaftliche Begleitung von BIWAQ von November 2026 bis einschließlich März 2029 für 29 Monate. In diesem Zeitraum finden maximal 52 BIWAQ-Projekte statt. Zu den Aufgaben der Regiestelle gehören zusammengefasst: • Fachliche Begleitung und Beratung der maximal 52 BIWAQ VI Projekte • Monitoring und Evaluierung der Projekte und Auswertung der Programmumsetzung auf Gesamtprogrammebene • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Aufträgen • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen • Begleitendende Öffentlichkeitsarbeit • Abstimmungsgespräche mit dem Auftraggeber
