The contractor will provide managers with a balanced share of theoretical foundations and practice-oriented exercises as part of these training activities. The exchange of managers with each other is an essential component of the measure. Training is usually provided in and for a group of managers. In individual cases, the client can also call up training measures for other target groups. This also includes assignments for small groups and individuals. In addition, the contractor will carry out so-called team days, during which the managers and their organizationally assigned employees will be accompanied in a joint learning and development process and jointly develop communication and organizational structures as well as processes. The contractor will also provide digital support services or integrate them into the training activities as needed. The learning content is made available digitally. The training courses will have to be carried out nationwide in presence at various locations. The virtual part of the training content or modules must be designed according to the needs of the managers or the client. The search and reservation of a suitable venue, including any necessary overnight stays, is carried out by the respective calling authority in the case of an order. The lecturers responsible for the execution of the individual assignment must have at least three years of practical experience in the field of executive training. No minimum purchase quantity is agreed. Likewise, the number of individual calls may vary in each of the four years of the contractual relationship.
