Este traslado se realizará desde el lugar del levantamiento o exhumación del cadáver hasta las sedes central o comarcal del Instituto de Medicina Legal y Ciencias Forenses (en adelante, IMLCF), donde se lleven a cabo las prácticas patológicas. En su caso, también se contempla la devolución del cadáver al municipio de origen, siempre dentro del ámbito territorial de la provincia de Cádiz.
