Solvencia Económica y financiera La empresa que vaya a resultar propuesta como adjudicataria, deberá disponer de la solvencia económica y financiera suficiente para que la correcta ejecución de este contrato no corra peligro de ser alterada por inci-dencias de carácter económico o financiero. Dicha solvencia se acreditará mediante la presentación de: Declaración Responsable, en el que certifique que la Cifra de negocio (volumen ingresos), referida a cualquiera de los tres últimos ejercicios asciende como mínimo a 96.000€. Una declaración con un patrimonio neto, al menos, en el año 2025 (*) positivo. (*) En caso de incumplimiento, acreditación fehaciente de haber adoptado medidas durante el si-guiente ejercicio para equilibrar el patrimonio. Solvencia Técnica o Profesional La empresa que vaya a resultar propuesta como adjudicataria, deberá disponer de la solvencia técnica o pro-fesional suficiente para la correcta ejecución de este contrato. Dicha solvencia se acreditará por los siguien-tes medios: • Relación de contratos análogos: o Requisito: Haber realizado al menos 2 contratos en los últimos 3 años para suministro e instala-ción de sistemas audiovisuales o de comunicación interna (pantallas, CMS, señalización digi-tal), cuya suma alcance un importe mínimo de 80.000 € (IVA no incluido). o Medio de acreditación: La empresa licitadora deberá presentar una relación de los principales trabajos realizados, que incluya importe, fechas y el destinatario público o privado de los mis-mos, debiendo acreditarse mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano compe-tente, cuando el destinatario sea una entidad del sector público o, cuando el destinatario sea un sujeto privado, mediante un certificado expedido por éste o, a falta de este certificado mediante una declaración de la empresa.
