Las prestaciones objeto de este contrato no pueden ser realizadas con medios propios de esta Administración, ya que los mismos (medios materiales y personal) no son ni suficientes ni adecuados, sin estar prevista, por otra parte, su ampliación, por lo que resulta necesario e imprescindible acudir a medios ajenos y proceder a una contratación de los servicios con el fin de garantizar la adecuada atención a los usuarios del mencionado centro.
