La présente consultation a pour objet la souscription et la gestion d'un contrat collectif obligatoire de remboursement complémentaire des frais de santé au bénéfice du personnel de la SELO (statut de droit privé). Le régime relève de la Convention collective nationale des organismes de tourisme (brochure 3175 - IDCC 1909), sous réserve des situations transitoires éventuellement applicables à certains établissements. Les caractéristiques juridiques et techniques des prestations sont définies au Cahier des Clauses Particulières (CCP) et dans ses annexes. Le contrat souscrit doit présenter le caractère de contrat responsable au sens de l'article L. 871-1 du Code de la sécurité sociale et de ses textes d'application, pendant toute la durée du marché.
