The University of Applied Sciences Campus Wien (HCW) announces the introduction and operation of an integrated controlling, planning and reporting system as a software-as-a-service solution for HCW and its affiliated companies. The solution is to replace the existing controlling system and combine financial, personnel and project controlling, multi-year budgeting, forecasting and simulation as well as management reporting on a uniform, comprehensible data basis. The automated connection of the existing pre-systems (in particular BMD, REXX, DOXIS, LEAP and HCW portal), the distribution and planning of personnel costs at the level of individual employees, a work-sharing planning process with around 200 decentralized planners and a self-service reporting landscape based on Power BI are essential. In addition to the implementation, the scope of services also includes operation, support, maintenance and further development of the solution over a contract period of several years from today's perspective. The aim of the procurement procedure at issue is therefore to conclude a ‘contract for a controlling, planning and reporting system’ (in short, a ‘service contract’) between HCW on the one hand and the tenderer awarded the contract at issue on the other.
