Case No: ZP/PO/60/2026. 1) The Contractor or Subcontractor (in the case of performance of the contract with the participation of subcontractors) is obliged to employ on the basis of an employment contract specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2025, item 277, i.e. as amended) employees who will carry out activities related to the transport of soldiers and RON employees during the implementation of the Agreement 2) Employment of employees referred to in para. 1 shall continue uninterrupted throughout the duration of the contract.
