Med sammenlignelige referencer menes, at Tilbudsgiver har været part i kontrakter om Tilbudsgivers modtagelse og pulpning af KOD eller lignende organisk affald, omfattende en årlig modtaget mængde på ikke under 5.000 ton per kontrakt med tre forskellige parter indenfor de seneste 3 år forud for tilbudsfristen. Tilbudsgiver skal fremsende de seneste 12 måneders analyser af modtageranlæggets eller tilsvarende anlægs færdigproducerede pulp. Analyserne skal som minimum indeholde parametrene i BEK nr. 1001 af 27/06/2018 vedr. fysiske urenheder.
