What the buyer is looking for
By means of this invitation to tender, two of the three municipalities of the OWO, namely Weststellingwerf and Ooststellingwerf, wish to contract a party capable of carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations in the buildings of the municipalities as shown in Annex B and Annex D of the invitation to tender. In general terms, the contract consists of: • Carrying out preventive maintenance of (all) E&W installations present at the contracting date, of the buildings as indicated in Annex B and Annex D. • Carrying out corrective maintenance at the request (after commission) of the Municipality; • Establishment of a proper planning in which the Tenderer lays down the method and procedures for preventive maintenance; The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is approximately €850,000 for the municipality of Weststellingwerf and approximately €800,000 for the municipality of Ooststellingwerf. For the total duration of the contract (8 years).
