… uitgezonderde objecten. Het genoemde aantal is indicatief. De overeenkomst treedt in werking op 1 januari 2027. De feitelijke uitvoering van de dienstverlening vangt aan op 1 juli 2027. De periode tussen 1 januari 2027 en 1 juli 2027 geldt als implementatie- en transitieperiode, waarin opdrachtnemer de benodigde voorbereidingen treft om de dienstverlening vanaf 1 juli 2027 volledig operationeel uit te voeren. De overeenkomst loopt tot en met 31 december 2030, met een optie tot eenzijdige verlenging door ons van vijf (5)-maal één (1) jaar. De WOZ-administratie van Opdrachtgever omvat momenteel circa 15.800 objecten. Dit betreft zowel woningen als niet-woningen, waaronder onder andere agrarische objecten, bouw- en opslagterreinen, sluimerende objecten en uitgezonderde objecten.
