… 1 January 2027. The actual performance of the service will commence on 1 July 2027. The period between 1 January 2027 and 1 July 2027 counts as an implementation and transition period, during which the contractor makes the necessary preparations to fully implement the service from 1 July 2027. The agreement runs until 31 December 2030, with an option for a unilateral extension by us of five (5) times one (1) year. The WOZ-administration of the Client currently comprises approximately 15,800 objects. This concerns both houses and non-houses, including agricultural objects, construction and storage sites, dormant objects and excluded objects. The mentioned number is indicative and may change during the term of the agreement due to changes in the property administration.
