… shall be provided for the period of 25 years after commissioning; infrastructural building management (IGM) includes the cleaning and maintenance services of the building, the outdoor facilities and winter services. In addition, the higher-level object management and the object management are also lines that are the subject of the tender. Overall, planning, construction and operation extend over a total term of 30 years. Of course, the greatest importance is attached to the cost-effectiveness of the measure and the fastest possible completion for subsequent smooth operation. The (application) documents for the upstream competition (1. Process stage) are hereby made available for free download without restriction. The documents relating to the tender and negotiation phase (second stage of the procedure) will only be made available to the selected participants as potential tenderers. This applies in particular to the procedural guide, including tender submission forms, as well as performance-related documents, in particular the draft contract for the overall PPP award and annexes (sub-functional tender specifications/TSOs, etc.).
