What the buyer is looking for
In accordance with the terms of reference, the structures specified therein must be subjected to a structural inspection. In accordance with VV WSV 2101 § 6(3) No. 1, all parts of the building, including those which are difficult to access, must be examined hand-sewn using all necessary auxiliary equipment. The structural test assesses the condition of the structures with regard to their load-bearing capacity and suitability for use, insofar as this is necessary for the safety and order of the structures and their road safety. The BWI 2027/2028 is to be implemented on the basis of four four contracts. The BWI, the inspection survey, the rope inspection and in the fourth contract crack surfaces of the reinforced concrete are to be documented more precisely for a long-term observation (e.g. with georeferenced photogrammetry). The basic determination necessary for this tender is part of the contract to the BWI.
