What the buyer is looking for
The contract consists of two lots: Lot 1 Weighbridge software and digitisation letters This lot concerns the supply, maintenance and further development of software for recycling points (environmental streets) and land storage and processing sites. The weighbridge software supports the ground flow management and bulky waste process by registering vehicles, tracking transport movements and recording and exchanging all associated data with other systems. In addition, this plot will have to provide software that digitizes the guidance letter and supports drivers with a mobile app when loading and unloading. Lot 2 Weighbridge hardware (and peripherals) This lot concerns the supply, maintenance and replacement of hardware for recycling points (environmental streets) and ground storage and processing sites. The plot includes the physical hardware components and the associated maintenance.…
Show full description
… Software, management and other services are outside the scope of this lot, unless they are explicitly included as an option. The delimitation of this lot is based on the specific nature of the hardware components needed and the presence of a specialised market. This ensures flexibility and is able to respond to future developments and expansions. The hardware supports the primary processes at the sites, including access control, registration and the handling of visitor and waste flows. This concerns both existing recycling points and ground storage and processing sites as well as future locations within the scope of this assignment.
