Silmäkirurgian implantit, instrumentit ja tarvikkeet DPS — original title

FIFinland · POHDE
Dynamic purchasing system. Suppliers can join at any time; the date shown is the end of the system, not a submission deadline. Individual contracts are later awarded among admitted participants only.

Your path to submission

  1. Deadline for requests to participate: 29 September 2036 — 3621 days left. Two-stage procedure: by this deadline you submit a request to participate (proof of eligibility). Only shortlisted firms are then invited to submit a tender. The source says 00:00 on the following day, i.e. midnight at the end of this day. That is why we show this day — as in the search and the morning edition.
  2. You submit on Hilma — not here and not by e-mail. ↗
  3. Offer and evidence in: Finnish.
  4. Collect your evidence — the eligibility requirements are listed on this page; for many of them the analysis explains how to obtain them.
Compiled automatically from notice and documents — no guarantee; the procedure's wording is binding.

What the buyer is looking for

The wellbeing services county of North Ostrobothnia (Pohde) will set up a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the goods described in this request for participation for the needs of Pohde and its YTA region. The YTA area includes the wellbeing services county of Lapland (Lapha), the wellbeing services county of Central Ostrobothnia (Soite) and the wellbeing services county of Kainuu. The procuring entity puts procurements out to tender through separate internal tendering procedures within the DPS, in which suppliers admitted to the system may participate. The contracting entity accepts all candidates who have submitted a request to participate in the system and who meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. The DPS as a procurement procedure is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the request to participate. The object of the procurement is ophthalmic implants,…

… instruments and accessories. The procurement includes artificial lenses, implants, prostheses and therapeutic contact lenses, ophthalmic accessories, general ophthalmic surgical supplies, ophthalmic surgical preparations and ophthalmic surgical instruments. The procurement is not divided into lots/classes because the contracting entity considers it appropriate to implement the DPS as a whole, taking into account the structure of the procurement market for ophthalmic surgical products, the commonality of suppliers in the different product groups and the appropriate management of the procurement procedure. Individual procurements shall be put out to tender within the dynamic purchasing system in accordance with the need for procurement, in such a way that the invitations to tender specify the products to be procured and the requirements for them. Intra-DPS tenders are divided into lots. If necessary, the contracting entity has the right to acquire equipment also outside the dynamic purchasing system, for example on the basis of separate tendering procedures, direct procurement or existing contracts, within the framework of the Procurement Act. The DPS is valid until 30 September 2036, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. It is possible to use electronic auctions for internal tendering.
