What the buyer is looking for
The purpose of the Public Service Concession will be to design, finance, build, market and operate the future network on a perimeter straddling the municipalities of Gallargues and Aigues-Vives including the ZAC Cap Gallargues, the ZAC Pôle active and the Collège Claude Chappe in particular. The main tasks of the concessionaire shall be, at his own risk: - the design, financing and implementation of all the means of producing heating and cooling for the future service, as well as the network and connections intended to serve future subscribers; - The marketing of the network; - The operation of the network (in particular its ERM) - Commercial management
