What the buyer is looking for
The VRH wants to enter into a collaboration with a supplier that can provide all vehicles of the VRH with a fuel and / or charge card. The pass must be able to be refuelled at all filling stations in the Netherlands and/or to be loaded at all public recharging points in the Netherlands. In the bill, the VRH assumes the price as shown on the meter/pump when loading or refuelling. In addition, it must be possible to manage per pass which fuel can be refuelled and whether additional items such as washing, oil, AdBlue, parking, etc. are allowed. Setting PIN, spending limit or blocking passes must also be easy to manage centrally. Information about fuel consumption per tank/charge per vehicle must be available digitally as an overview so that this information can be included in our data warehouse.
