… defined in the parts of the contract. · The purpose of this lot is to guarantee the community for its fleet of motor vehicles and the risks associated with their use. The guarantees shall cover in particular compulsory civil liability and, where appropriate, damage to vehicles and associated guarantees, in accordance with the conditions, limits and exemptions laid down in the parts of the contract. · The purpose of this lot is to guarantee the community by virtue of its legal protection, in particular for the defence of its interests in the context of disputes and procedures related to its activities. The guarantees shall include, in particular, legal assistance, defence and redress, as well as the payment of the corresponding costs, in accordance with the conditions, limits and exemptions set out in the parts of the contract.
