… the subject-matter of the contract will be set out in the relevant Call for Tenders for the award of a specific contract in accordance with the procurement documents. The contracting authority envisages the award of specific DNS contracts at pre-determined, irregular intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. Similarly, the volume of specific contracts awarded under a dynamic purchasing system is assumed by the contracting authority to range from units to thousands of units in a specific contract awarded under a dynamic purchasing system. The specific scope of the subject of the contract as well as its detailed specification, including specific delivery points, will be part of the individual calls within the established DNS, which will be sent to all listed candidates via the JOSEPHINE information system.
