What the buyer is looking for
The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) Planting of trees to ensure the implementation of contracts for the needs of the contracting authority. Those contracts relate to the management and maintenance of the assets entrusted to the contracting authority. The objective of DNS is to allow the contracting authority to award contracts in a flexible manner in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to its real needs, i.e. at a time and scope known to it. DNS will be used to award contracts for planting trees commonly available on the market, while DNS will continuously implement individual contracts.
