The devices must meet the requirements of DIN 58298 (Teil 1-18) and DIN 7153-1 or equivalent standards for quality and product design. Devices shall comply with the European Medical Devices Standard MDR 2017/745 or equivalent. The marking of devices shall comply with the requirements of the GS1 Unique Device Identification System (UDI) globally harmonised framework and good practice. The UID-based device and process monitoring and tracing system shall manage the markings and data content that meet the requirements of the GS1 UDI and be compatible with other systems to be developed under this framework. The contracting authority shall describe in the procurement documents the technical content for which it intends to establish a DBR. During the implementation of the DBR, the contracting authority shall comply with Act CXLIII of 2015 on public procurement (hereinafter: Pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act), the precise technical specifications and detailed contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to the participants in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. Contracting authority is the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), it maintains the possibility, during the implementation of the DBR, to specify in the invitation to tender, at the same time as sending the invitation to tender, the possibility of submitting a partial tender for the specific procurement need specified therein, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements. All necessary information on the functioning of the DBR, the electronic devices used and the technical connection rules and specifications are included in the procurement documents. All candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be admitted to the DBR, the number of candidates to be invited to tender will not be limited. The contracting authority hereby informs tenderers that the provisions of Decree 321/2015. Pursuant to Section 46(3) of the Government Decree, where reference is made to a product of a specific make or origin or to a specific process characterising the products or services provided by a given economic operator, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or a specific origin or production process, the term ‘or equivalent’ shall be understood in addition to the reference.
