… authority shall describe in the Public Procurement Documents the categories of products and their characteristics for the implementation of which it intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DBR) for the procurement of IT products and services. During the implementation of the DBR, the contracting authority shall apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), the exact technical specifications and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to the Tenderers participating in the BR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent. Quantity: Number and value of projects involved in DBR: HUF 300,000,000 net, i.e. HUF 300 million net for the entire 36-month period of DBR. The estimated quantity set out in the DBR was recorded for information purposes, on the basis of the experience of previous years, from which the contracting authority issued the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), DBR may deviate during its term in accordance with its specific procurement needs. The contracting authority does not provide the opportunity to offer used (or even refurbished) products. A Kbt. 69. § (4)-(7) bekezdése alapján felhívott ajánlattevők az alkalmassági feltételnek való megfelelésüket az alábbiak szerint kötelesek igazolni: - a teljesítés ideje (kezdő és befejező időpontja év/hó/nap pontossággal), - a szerződést kötő másik fél, - a szállítás tárgya (oly módon, hogy abból az alkalmassági előírásoknak való megfelelés megállapítható legyen, a felhívás II.2.4) pontja szerinti kategóriába sorolást megadva), - a szállítás ellenértéke (nettó HUF), - továbbá nyilatkozni kell arról, hogy a teljesítés az előírásoknak és a szerződésnek megfelelően történt-e. * A részvételi jelentkezések során a referencia vizsgált időtartamára a Kbt. 107. § (8b) bekezdésében foglaltak irányadóak. A referenciaigazolásokat úgy kell kiállítani, hogy azokból az alkalmassági feltételek teljesítése ellenőrizhető legyen. Amennyiben a bemutatott referencia tárgya bővebb, mint a közbeszerzés tárgya, akkor a referencianyilatkozatban/referenciaigazolásban meg kell adni az alkalmassági követelményekre vonatkozó részmennyiséget, illetve műszaki tartalmat. Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet a Korm. rendelet 24. § (1) bekezdésére. Az előírt alkalmassági követelménynek Ajánlattevők a Kbt. 65. § (6)-(7) és (9), (11) bekezdésében foglaltak betartása mellett együttesen, illetve bármely más szervezet vagy személy kapacitására támaszkodva is megfelelhetnek. M/1: Alkalmatlan a Részvételre jelentkező, ha nem rendelkezik az eljárást megindító felhívás feladásától* visszafelé számított 36 hónap során teljesített alábbi referenciákkal:- Összességében legalább nettó 5 millió Ft értékű, a felhívás II.2.4) pontja szerinti termékkategóriák valamelyikébe sorolható informatikai eszközök szállítására vonatkozó referenciával.
