… the given bidding stage, it may stipulate at the given bidding stage that the successful tenderer must provide a construction manager and/or a shift manager (assembly manager) during the installation, the availability of which must be proven by the successful tenderer no later than the conclusion of the contract. The size of the sets affected by the DBR is expected to be between 50 and 600 m2 in studio conditions and according to off-site individual sizing. Decision No 321/2015 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 2015 Taking into account Section 21(4) of the Government Decree, the contracting authority shall indicate for information purposes that the expected maximum size of each contract is at least HUF 150,000,000 net. The detailed content and technical parameters of the tasks concerned by the specific procurement request, as well as the description(s) of the specific set(s), will be included in the technical specifications to be made available to tenderers during the bidding phase. In the course of the operation of the DBR, the contracting authority shall apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), the precise technical content, quantity and contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to the economic operators participating in the DBR at the same time as the invitation(s) to tender are sent. Contracting authority is the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), it reserves the right, during the implementation of the DBR, to define the possibilities for sub-tendering at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements, for the specific procurement requirement contained therein. The contracting authority shall, if necessary, ensure the sub-tendering at the tendering stage of the procedure. Contracting authorities shall not limit the number of economic operators to be invited to participate or to tender.
