In accordance with Sections 104-105, it shall be implemented by means of a framework agreement, in compliance with the principles of the Public Procurement Act, taking into account the provisions of Government Decree No 168/2004. Pursuant to Section 109(10). During the implementation of the DBR, the contracting authority shall apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), the precise technical specifications and detailed contractual conditions for the specific public procurements to be implemented in the system (including, inter alia, the provision of a replacement dialysis device instead of a dialysis device that cannot be repaired on-site, the regulation of the calculation and payment of the public procurement fee, the monitoring of exchange rates, the management of product changes, the level and payment of penalties, the amount of the data provision guarantee, the termination and termination of the framework agreement, the organisation of procurements) shall be made available to the candidates admitted to the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent.
