… falling under the following product categories, with the additional characteristics of each category being specified in the technical specifications. In the same way as in the framework agreement procedure - the Public Procurement Act. In accordance with the interpretative provision of Section 3(18), the estimated quantity of DBR in the present procedure for the establishment of DBR is characterised by the planned and aggregated amount of the public procurements to be carried out under DBR, the value of which is net HUF 121 500 000 000. The specific quantities of public procurement to be carried out under the DBR will be determined during the bidding phases. The expected maximum size of each contract to be awarded under the DBR is HUF 1 600 000 000 net. A 2/2019. (VII. 12.) of the MK. (hereinafter referred to as the Decree) and in relation to medical devices, applications or software not classified in any other category listed in Annex 1 of the Decree, the goods and related services corresponding to the following product categories are subject to the DBR. The product categories are: 1. Detection software, RIS (Radiological Information Systems) and related services 2. PACS (Picture Archives and Communication System) and related services 3. Laboratory information systems and related services 4. Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related services 5. Clinical Systems (CIS) and Related Services 6. Nursing systems, digital fever sheets and related services 7. Management systems and related services 8. Food systems and related services 9. Logistics and asset management systems and related services 10. Other health information systems, applications and related services The contracting authority, in the course of implementing the DBR, shall apply the provisions of the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), the precise technical specifications and contractual conditions for the specific procurements to be implemented in the system shall be made available to those submitting a valid request to participate in the DBR at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, and the possibility shall be maintained for the implementation of the DBR to specify in the invitation to tender the possibility to submit a partial tender for the specific procurement need specified in the invitation to tender, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that Kbt. The categories referred to in this section correspond to the categories referred to in Section 106(4).
