Pursuant to Section 107(2), it reserves the right, during the implementation of the DBR, to define partial tendering opportunities at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent, depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific public procurements, for the specific procurement needs included therein. The estimated quantity/value set out in the DBR was determined for information purposes, on the basis of the experience of previous years, from which the contracting authority adopted the Public Procurement Act. Pursuant to Section 107(2), DBR may deviate during its term in accordance with its specific procurement needs.
